We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment with proof of payment.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Currently we only support EFT bank transfer. Only once proof of payment has been received, will the order be processed. An invoice with the total order price will be sent after checkout, the total cost will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable VAT and shipping/ courier charges. Payment will need to be made to Caballo Loco, as per the banking details on the invoice. Only once the proof of payment has been received, will your order be processed, and delivery arranged. Caballo Loco reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing is also based on the rate of exchange on all goods as they are imported, and pricing may need to be adjusted from time to time.

Sale Items

During a sale, it is up to the customer to Redeem any Discount Codes or Vouchers before checkout. Caballo Loco will not be able to refund any customer for any errors made by the customer on checkout.
