You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this
site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or
fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced,
republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. 'Deep-linking', 'embedding' or using
analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials
contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property
laws or other laws.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The contents of this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or
implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-
infringement. The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general anybody
connected to this site in any way, from now on collectively called "Providers", assume no
responsibility for errors or omissions in these contents. The Providers further do not warrant,
guarantee or make any representation regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, correctness or
completeness of these contents. The Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, general,
special, incidental or consequential damages (including -without limitation- data loss, lost revenues

Our Rights
We reserve the right to:

notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any
modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
Change these Conditions from time to time and your continued use of the Website (or any part
of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your
responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you
do not agree to any change to the Conditions, then you must immediately stop using the Website.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to
change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use
any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the
Website due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment with proof of
payment.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Currently we only support EFT
bank transfer. Only once proof of payment has been received, will the order be processed. An
invoice with the total order price will be sent after checkout, the total cost will include the price of
the purchase plus any applicable VAT and shipping/ courier charges. Payment will need to be made
to Caballo Loco, as per the banking details on the invoice. Only once the proof of payment has
been received, will your order be processed, and delivery arranged.
Caballo Loco reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing is also
based on the rate of exchange on all goods as they are imported, and pricing may need to be
adjusted from time to time.

Sale Items:
During a sale, it is up to the customer to Redeem any Discount Codes or Vouchers before
checkout. Caballo Loco will not be able to refund any customer for any errors made by the
customer on checkout.

Payments
Currently we only support EFT bank transfer. Please make sure to EFT within 48 h and send us the proof of
payment.
Delivery areas and costing
1. Postnet to Postnet: all Postnet branches R99 (2-3 days) - Only for orders over R500
Please ensure that when you select the delivery type that it matches the below specified courier fees
1. Johannesburg Central: R55 (1-2 days)
2. Johanessburg surrounds: R75 (1-2 days)
3. Major cities outside of Johannesburg (regional)- Bloemfontein; Cape Town; Durban; Port Elizabeth; East London;
George: R85 (2-3 days)
4. Rural and other areas: R150 (4-5 days)

Delivery Policy
Deliveries will be made to the address as provided by you. Please ensure the correct shipping address is
provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to
your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make
any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is
made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such
purchase. Should you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through
this website.
Delivery Lead Times:
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the
following working day provided payment is validated/received before 14:00 hours. Should the product not be in
stock we will be in contact with you to advise you when our next consignment is expected. In the instance of an
item not being available, you will have the right to select either an alternative product, wait for the next shipment
or cancel the item ordered and receive a refund or credit for that item. Every effort is made to effect shipment of
your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an
occurrence, Caballo Loco will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Please note that all online orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 16:00 (excluding public
holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will therefore only be processed and despatched
on the following working day.
Returns:
Caballo Loco pride ourselves in our Customer Service and strive to provide you with the level of quality you have
come to expect.
Goods to be returned for credit or exchange must be returned within 7 days from purchase, must be
accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, in Original Packaging, Perfect Condition & suitable for resale.
All goods returned for credit are to be sent at the customer's cost.
No handling fees will be charged.
Caballo Loco will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (You received an
incorrect/defective item etc)
Please note that any discounted sale goods cannot be returned once purchased through our website.
During a sale, it is up to the customer to Redeem any Discount Codes or Vouchers before checkout. Caballo
Loco cannot refund any customer for any errors made by the customer on checkout.
